Ottawa Voyageurs' Tulip Festival Walk - Day 2 - 6 km
A sales outlet for a local delicacy called a 'BeaverTail' for its shape. It seems it is really a flattened doughnut with a variety of garnishes. In French, it is called a 'Queue de castor', of course. It was originally meant for sale in winter, I believe, but now available year round in many locations.
